For video venue campus pastors

Campus pastors bring their church’s mission, vision, and culture to life at their location. MultiSitePastor.com offers practical help and coaching for video venue campus pastors, one of the most important yet misunderstood roles in the multisite church.

Coaching
Running a play I once played.
I coach campus pastors and the churches that send them. My goal is simple: help campus pastors make the big vision feel local. Every church is different, so we start with a conversation about where you are and where God is leading.
For campus pastors
One-on-one coaching on your role, your rhythms, your team, and your soul. Especially if you’re new, stuck, or tired.
For multisite churches
Clarity on the campus pastor role, central and campus alignment, hiring, and leader development as you grow.
30 minutes by video. Pick a time that works for you.
