My name is Dave Simiele. I am passionate about leading myself, loving my wife, serving my family and advancing the mission of the local church. I believe that the local church is the greatest agent of influence in our world today. The church should be alive, innovative and the model of world class leadership. I am a learner of things related to the local church, multisite ministry, leadership development, communication and faith in culture. For 15 years my wife and I have had the privilege of serving in various roles within the local church throughout the east coast. Currently, I serve as one of the Campus Pastors at Christ Fellowship Church, a large multi-site church located in south Florida. I have the heart to see leaders live in their own skin, take care of their own soul, learn the best practices and occasionally laugh at themselves. Ministry can grueling but it doesn’t have to be boring and defeating. I also enjoy creating irresistible environments, reading actual books (sorry eBook fans), strong coffee and anything outdoors involving adventure.
